Egg-mask: Basta un uovo!

Avreste mai pensato che per nutrire il vostro viso naturalmente può bastare un uovo? Beh, se non avete dei particolari problemi alla pelle, si!

Have you ever thought that to moisturize your face naturally you can use only a egg? Well, if you have any special skin problems, yes!


Il tuorlo

Dovete romperlo con una forchetta e prelevarlo con un cucchiaio per intingervi il pennello (o dito) e poi spalmarlo sul viso. Quando sentirete tirare, dopo una decina di minuti, potete risciacquare.
Il tuorlo svolge un azione nutriente profonda, senza essere comedogenico perchè privo di oli che occludono i pori.


The yolk

You have to break it with a fork and pick it with a spoon for dipping the brush (or finger) and then spread it on your face. When you feel pulling, after about ten minutes, you can rinse.

L'albume

Dopo averlo separato dal tuorlo e sbattuto leggermente, fino a quando cioè si forma una leggera schiumetta, prendete un po' dell'albume con un cucchiaio e poi intingeteci un pennello da fondotinta che non usate più oppure direttamente le dita per spalmarlo per bene sul viso. A questo punto dovete aspettare una decina di minuti, il tempo che si asciughi per bene. Sentirete la pelle tirare leggermente, e a quel punto potete risciacquare (acqua tiepida, quasi fresca, non calda!)
 L'albume ha proprietà astringente sulla pelle ed illumina la carnagione.


The egg white

After having separated from the yolk and slightly beaten egg white, that is, until you form a light froth, take a bit of egg with a spoon and then dip a foundation brush that you no longer use or directly your fingers to rub for good on the face . At this point you have to wait ten minutes, the time for it to dry well. You will feel the skin pulling slightly, and then you can rinse (water warm, almost cool, not hot!)  The egg white has astringent properties to the skin and brightens the complexion.



A questo punto per completare potreste usare un cubetto di ghiaccio, questo infatti è ottimo per tonificare la pelle e per completare l'effetto astringente (con il freddo i pori tendono a chiudersi, non facendo penetrare batteri o altro).


At this point you could use to complete a cube of ice, that is great for toning the skin and to complete the astringent effect (with the cold the pores tend to close, not by penetrating bacteria or other).

Ho scritto su di prelevare sempre il prodotto con un cucchiaio (o comunque versarne piccole dosi in un altro recipiente) così che se non viene utilizzato per la maschera può essere ottimo per una carbonara o una frittata per esempio! ^^ Basta conservarlo in frigo.

I wrote always to pick the product with a spoon (or pour small amounts into another container) so that if  it isn't used whole for the mask can be great for a carbonara or an omelette for example! ^ ^ Just keep in the refrigerator.
