Il punto di partenza di questo trucco è una matita bianca: è molto importante se si vuole far risaltare il colore, soprattutto se si tratta di toni tenui o pastello.
Il secondo passo sarà scegliere un rosa baby, stendendolo sull'intera palpebra mobile.

Il secondo colore da scegliere è un viola opaco, con cui tracciare la famosa "v" all'angolo esterno dell'occhio. Passa poi un prugna scuro con un pennello più piccolo da sfumatura nella piega dell'occhio: servirà a creare profondità.

A questo punto traccia una linea di un color menta nella rima inferiore dell'occhio con un pennello da eyeliner (asciutto però!).

Ingredienti
360 g di albumi
500 g di zucchero semolato (250 + 250)
1000 g di TPT di mandorle ( 500 g di farina di mandorle + 500 g di zucchero al velo)
Ingredients
360 g egg whites
500 g of sugar (250 + 250)
TPT 1000 g of almonds (500 g almond flour + 500 g of icing sugar)
Rivestire le teglie di carta siliconata che a differenza della normale carta forno consente di scollare i macarons a fine cottura in modo piu’ agevole. Unire la farina di mandorle con lo zucchero al velo. Passare il TPT cosi ottenuto per pochissimi secondi al mixer distribuendo il composto in piu’ riprese. Quindi, setacciare al passino fine con grande attenzione.

Il tutto deve durare non meno di 15-20 minuti , meglio se 30 minuti complessivi per avere una meringa sodissima, lucida e stabile. Versare il TPT tutto in una volta sugli albumi con molta delicatezza amalgamando con una spatola dal basso verso l’alto.

E’ a questo punto che si sceglie di aggiungere il colorante. Oppure, lasciarli candidi se non per qualche velo di granelli di vaniglia. Quindi, sbattere (macarroner) il tutto fino a quando, sollevando la spatola, il composto ricade con una certa difficoltà, pesantemente. Con una sac à poche e beccuccio liscio n.7-8 distribuire i macarons con una certa regolarità distanziandoli. Lasciarli preferibilmente asciugare (crouter) per almeno 30 minuti prima di infornarli. Io in questo caso ho optato per il forno statico inserendo la teglia da infornare all’interno di una piu’ grande. Far cuocere a 150°C per 10 minuti ruotando la teglia a metà cottura. A fine cottura, staccare i macarons. Con il dito indice “infossare” il centro in modo da permettere la deposizione ottimale del ripieno prescelto che sarà eseguita con un beccuccio liscio e una adeguata sac à poche.
